• CLIENT RELEASE FORM

    This agreement is entered into between the Client named below and Filipinto Photography ("Photographer").

    1. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
    All rights to the photographs created during this session, including but not limited to copyrights, production rights, and exhibition rights, belong exclusively to the Photographer.

    2. PHOTOGRAPHER'S RIGHTS
    The Photographer has the perpetual, irrevocable right to:

    • Use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs

    • Alter, modify, or otherwise change the photographs in any manner

    • Combine photographs with text or other media

    • Use the photographs for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, publishing, exhibitions, competition entries, or any other purpose

    These rights apply without any compensation or special permission from the Client.

    3. CLIENT'S USAGE RIGHTS
    The Client may use the photographs for personal promotion, including:

    • Personal portfolio

    • Personal web pages and social media accounts

    Commercial Use Restriction: Use on commercial websites or commercial modeling agencies requires a separate written agreement. If such permission is granted, the Photographer's name must be clearly credited with each publication.

    4. SOCIAL MEDIA REQUIREMENTS
    When posting photographs on social media, the Client must:

    • Credit @FilipintoPhotography or include the Photographer's website/Instagram/Facebook

    • Not alter the photographs in any way, including cropping or applying filters, without prior written consent from the Photographer

    • Not create montages or modifications that detract from the original work or could harm the integrity or privacy of either party

    5. PROHIBITED USES
    The Client may not:

    • Alter, modify, or create derivative works from the photographs without written permission

    • Use photographs in any way that could be considered defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable

    • Sell or license photographs to third parties

    6. CONFIRMATION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
    By signing below, the Client confirms that the photography session was conducted in a professional and proper manner.

    7. GOVERNING LAW
    This agreement shall be governed by Dutch copyright law. Any violation of this agreement may result in legal penalties as provided under applicable law.

    8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
